I’m in Las Vegas this weekend, and I have to say that every time I visit this place I’m taken with its unbelievable show of American excess. Some people look down upon Sin City as a rather “down-market” type of place, but there’s something about the passion and energy of the place that makes up for its crassness.
There are two tech events going on here: a Star Trek conference and Defcon. Which one do you suppose I’m attending?
