		<description>Once again, you&#039;ve hit the bull&#039;s eye, Sonia.  Anytime some group squawks about some perceived problem, government&#039;s first impulse is to overreact and propose deadening regulations.  Government&#039;s motto seems to be: why use tweezers when a sledge hammer is available?  The best way to combat these thoughtless knee-jerk reactions is to shine the spotlight on them and inform the public, which is what you do so well.  Kudos again, Lance Izumi</description>
